Jose was excellent! He clarified which cleaning solutions he was using, overview of services offered, the amount of time it would take, and provided expectations/suggestions for the immediate service as well as repeat services. The shampooing was thorough but quick, and at a great price. The communication was great and personable. I highly recommend!
