I hired them to clean my Bedroom carpet throughout the upstairs and the stairs. They did and excellent job and were very polite and professional. I was afraid I had to replace the carpet but after the cleaning if almost looked like new again. Thank you Alex

Alex and his team are great. He is responsive, punctual and does a great job. Our carpets were dirty from pets but he did a great job getting out the dirt and smell. They are restored to almost new. Very happy.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Each job is different and has its differences, we don't have a standard price. It all depends on the amount of square feet, the amount of rooms and the condition of the carpet because every carpet needs a different type of treatment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We introduce ourselves to each client and give them a overview of the experience that we have in the business. We talk with the client to get a clear understanding of what services they need. Next we make recommendations on what services will need to be performed in order to get the expected outcome. We review with each client our experience in handling previous jobs that were are similar in nature to theirs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started cleaning carpets in my house with a small machine. A neighbor once asked me if I could clean his carpets and later on he asked me why don't I start my carpet cleaning company. This is when I took the decison of starting my carpet cleaning company. I'm glad I made the right decison.
