P&Y did a wonderful job on our furnace. We had issue with our inducer motor and he was able to replace it and performed maintenance on our unit. Pedro responded quickly with my request on thumbtack and was able to perform the work the next day. Highly recommended!

P&Y was awesome. Came out same day to assess our problem and was able to fix it on the spot. Pricing was very reasonable as well. He was also flexible while waiting for one of our tenants to arrive home to provide access, as we were unavailable at the time. We will definitely use him again!
