We hired Rio Landscaping Design to lay brick for our backyard patio, and we’re really pleased with the outcome. From the start, the team was punctual, professional, and clearly experienced. They took the time to assess our space, discuss layout options, and helped us decide on a pattern that would complement both our home and landscaping. The craftsmanship was excellent — the bricks are laid with care, the design is clean and the overall appearance adds a lot of charm and functionality to our yard. The crew worked diligently and showed real attention to detail throughout the process. They made sure the foundation was solid, the drainage was considered, and the edges were neatly finished. We could tell they took pride in their work, which we really appreciated. While there were a few language challenges at times, Clarissa was a huge help in facilitating communication. She made sure our ideas and preferences were clearly understood, and was responsive any time we had questions or minor adjustments. Marco and Armando were kind, respectful, and hardworking. One of the biggest positives was how transparent and fair the pricing was. Marco gave us a clear, written estimate upfront, and the final invoice matched it exactly. No surprises, no hidden fees — just honest work at a reasonable price. That kind of reliability can be hard to find, and it made the whole experience that much smoother. All in all, we had a very positive experience with Rio Landscaping Design. If you’re looking for a team that does solid, affordable brickwork and cares about getting things right, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I called Rio for a concrete patio around my house and they were very fast to respond, Marco came and gave us an estimate the same day! The job was done perfectly levelled and looked very smooth! Will hire them again for other home improvement projects!

Amazing team of professional and friendly folks. They are flexible and supportive, offer helpful suggestions and guidance, and provide the necessary level of expertise. I hired Rio to demo my old wooden deck and fence and lay a multi-level paver patio + walkway and install a new, modern fence. I would 100% recommend Rio! Wonderful people. Easy to work with.
