Conrad, and his team, did an incredible job, our home had stairs and a back patio
Setup that Was in really rough shape. Conrad and the team did a fantastic job with removing the old deck and building a new 20x16 deck, within roughly 3 weeks. Communication was excellent throughout the project phases, and was accommodating to our requests and comments. The team also did a great job in swiftly putting up a pergola (which we separately bought) on top of our new deck. Thanks…..

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer's project, ideas, budget, and expectations. We then visit the property to evaluate the work, take measurements, and discuss material and design options. After that, we provide a detailed written proposal. Once approved, we coordinate materials, permits when required, scheduling, and construction from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work in residential construction and remodeling. We are a licensed Maryland Home Improvement Contractor and continually improve our knowledge of construction methods, materials, installation requirements, and local building standards.
