- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a fixed price with certain packages, but based on the customers' wants and needs, the price may increase depending on the customer adding on a service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require 3 meetings. The First own is the introductory meeting to get acquainted and see what our customers needs. If we are suited for the event, we would meet two more times to get things ready, clarified, and prepared before the big day! The last meeting would be a week or a few weeks before the day of the event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a Communications degree at the University of Maryland, College Park and have done several events for the student body. Prior to college, I have helped my father with his DJ services and gain over 10 years of experience in various types of events.
