- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone in the firm gets new institutional rules to research. A@K gets updated laws every day to read and understand. I also give my employees a quiz every month on the new laws of the institutions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well thats funny. I have all my degrees and no one would give me the money i felt i was worth. i was just married was expecting my son and was broke.My wife looked at me and said why dont you help inmates my business took off from that point i hired only the paralegals who i felt really cared about our clients. The rest is history. Thanks to my clients my business is doing well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
No matter who you hire, if you hire A@K or another firm you should feel good about who you hire. A@K really want to make our customer feel good about retaining us. Most of my clients family's are now very close to me. I think if someone retains you it means they like what you are offering. A@K has never had any complaints.
