- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair; we do not overcharge. Pricing considers the cost of materials as well as the cost of time and labor in respect to our substantial expertise and experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a request for service, we call the customer to provide an overview of our services in respect to their needs. After this initial phone call, we set up a time for an in-person visit. Visits are the same for both new and existing customers; we begin with an inspection and then offer additional services depending on what is needed/findings from the inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than three years of experience in the chimney industry and more than ten years of experience in construction and related work.
