Liam arrived promptly same day as my request. He was knowledgeable and experienced, understanding to the likely cause of our dryer vent issue and new home immediately. At first the tech that the company sent out looked at the dryer vent and climbed up into the attic to inspect where the vent was going. He said it's disconnected and gave me an estimate of $840. After negotiating back and forth several times with the owner over the phone, we agreed on a price of $400. He did a good job and our dryer is now working much better.

Samuel did a great job cleaning my ducts and vents. He went the extra mile by raising concerns about potential mold in my furnace. Although out of scope, he uncovered my furnace to reveal the issue he suspected that he identified in my vents and patiently educated me on what steps to take to remediate the issue. Thanks to Samuel, I was able to not only get my ducts cleaned efficiently and effectively, but I can also address the mold in my furnace that may have gone unnoticed otherwise. He even made a solid recommendation on who to contact to get it resolved immediately making a stressful situation seamless to rectify.
