Samuel did a great job cleaning my ducts and vents. He went the extra mile by raising concerns about potential mold in my furnace. Although out of scope, he uncovered my furnace to reveal the issue he suspected that he identified in my vents and patiently educated me on what steps to take to remediate the issue.
