Mr. Torres did an excellent job removing and replacing the caulk in two bathrooms. His email bid was based upon a 3-hr. time estimate, but our bathrooms needed 5 hours to perform the work, Mr. Torres was prepared to charge us based upon his original bid but based upon the quality of his work and his professionalism we chose to pay him for the full 5 hours.
