We engaged Cristian for a number of repair works, including replacement of rainwater damaged trims and moldings on several doors and windows, painting these windows as well as a concrete retaining wall, fixing a gutter and installing a mail box. Cristian’s quote was the most competitive among 4 quotes we received. The whole work took nearly two days. We found Cristian to be very professional and careful, punctual and responsive to and accomodative of small changes in the scope of these projects as they progressed. He documented his repairs with many before/after pictures. We are extremely pleased and will certainly hire him again for our future repairs.

Absolutely fabulous job from start to finish! Removed a sliding door from the second floor and placed two new windows which look like they were always there. Had to remove a ledger board from the outside and match siding to exist current siding which wasn’t easy and then paint everything to match. Also repaired siding over our windows in the kitchen and garage. Reasonably priced, professional, great to work with! So glad I found them! Trying to post pics but haven’t been able to yet.
