Usually, my rates are based on a flat fee, I can usually determine the work and time involved in creating a new space.

Getting to know a new customer is key to finding the right solutions to their everyday lifestyle. What works for a family with small kids would not work for a young single professional. The elements of design and creativity are based on the customer's personal taste and everyday space use with an added flair.

I always had a passion for interior design. Being in the construction business for many years, I've developed a sense of placement for what works and what doesn't when it comes to design and construction.
