Alvin came 10 minutes ahead of schedule, inspected the home and went straight to work, fixing so much stuff within a 6-hour period. He replaced the bathroom tiles, identified and fixed the source of water drips from the bathroom upstairs down into the laundry room. He also fixed two doors including a second bathroom and the entrance door as well. He also replaced our sink's waste disposer. Alvin also did something new that I have not experienced before: he took me to the nearby Loews and not only showed me the needed parts, but he helped to show only what was needed, avoiding the expensive fancy ones, focusing rather on the practical, quality parts that would do the job. He saved me money. I would hire Mr. Brown again and strongly recommend him to others.We are already discussing painting the house soon.

I had Mr. Brown come out to repair the subfloor around a toilet and patch some drywall in my ceiling. Not only was Mr. Brown friendly and affordable but he provided excellent service and did a quality job with the project. I'm definitely a satisfied customer.

Alvin was super fast in responding to my inquiry, and he came out the next day (on a Sunday!) to take out the existing vanity and install a new pedestal sink + faucet in a half-bath. Looks great!

Alvin Brown was terrific. He got here quickly on a Sunday evening and completed the job - identified a few extra problems and fixed those too. I'm very pleased - he certainly deserves all the stars that he gets on here. I plan to get back to Alvin with a few other projects I have around the house.
