When another cleaning service ghosted me over Memorial Day Weekend, I reached out to Maryland Spotless Maid Service and they got someone out to my apartment the next day! Rachael was also very kind and responsive to my calls and texts when scheduling and checking-in on the service (as I was out of town). I'd definitely turn to MSMS again.

Maryland Spotless Maids came in in a pinch for my move out cleaning as 2 other services did not show up. My husband and I checked in to see how the townhouse looked before the new owners move in today, and it was well worth the price! I don’t think the home has been that clean since we moved in. I wish I had found them so much sooner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I would most definitely put 0 stars. I moved out of an apartment into a house. I booked them for Saturday to do a move out cleaning. They couldn’t come on Saturday because of the rain?? Oddly enough. So we went with Sunday (although I had things to do with my son) I turn my keys into management tomorrow morning. Now I have to find another cleaner company to clean with in the next 12 hours. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL & I DO NOT RECOMMEND
