Ivan and his crew completed a major overhaul of our home (complete renovation of two bathrooms, drywall installation, painting, removed drop ceilings, installed crown molding, etc). His attention to detail is incredibly impressive and he and is crew were clean and very respectful of our space as we lived here during the updates. Ivan is easy to work with and I've recommended him several times over to friends who need work done as well. I highly recommend him to anyone needing small to big projects complete. You won't be disappointed!

Ivan is a great worker. He has done painting, drywall, powerwashing, carpentry. He repaired the gutter and cleared the clog. Outdoor caulking for doors and lighting.

You can't find a more decent, fair, neat, qualified, experienced person than Ivan Baires. His work is superb. His clean-up is sheer perfection( I'm not kidding!) His knowledge and his efforts to make me happy with everything he did was exceptional. He is a fine man. Hire him! And see for yourself.

We hired Ivan to install new drywall on a wall in our basement, that had been removed for waterproofing the foundation. He also painted the room once the drywall was complete. Everything looks wonderful! He worked very quickly and for a great price. We're very happy with the room.
