So I've had the pleasure of training with Andrew for a few short months. We're former co-workers and that's when I learned he was an amateur MMA fighter. He would always
talk about the training and would show me a few techniques here and there, so that's when I decided to ask him if he wouldn't mind training me just once or twice a week. I wanted to learn
basic boxing and kickboxing, and he was very patient and really broke it down for me.
It's also an incredible workout! After I started mastering some of the basics, the workouts would get more intense and I would leave extremely sore. However, I was losing weight, which wasn't my primary focus, but it was a great bonus. He even gave me advice on proper nutrition and dieting, as well as strength and conditioning workouts to do on my own which has allowed me to see continued results. I have 4 children, and I don't feel like I'm killing myself!
I even went to one of his fights this year and saw some him use some of the same things he taught me. It's awesome to know that I was learning legitimate techniques that can work in an actual fight. Overall Andrew is a great trainer and person to be around. I would highly recommend working with him
