We used this service for snow removal during the recent storm. Super professional, super responsive - sent crew as soon as it was feasible. We had asked for the sidewalk to be cleared and for some reason that wasn’t done. The driveway was done well and salted.

We had new ground cover planted over multiple areas in our yard. The plantings needed to be watered for 6-weeks but we had a long vacation planned. I hired Ismael to come twice a week to keep multiple areas moist. This involved sprinklers, moving hoses and timing. He was terrific and texted me every visit so I could be reassured he was on it. He also alerted me when a workman left lights on. Ismael was fantastic!!

Find honest workers. They showed up at the time they said they would (6pm). They shoveled the driveway and pathway to the front door. They did NOT shovel the sidewalk and left a mountain of snow at the end of the driveway. I texted to ask about those areas. They said the county plow caused the pileup at the end of the driveway. They said they shoveled the sidewalk. They did not. I was watching them from the window. They shoveled the driveway, had a discussion with the plow driver, shoveled a little more, loaded the shovels into their pickup and left. I just came in from shoveling the sidewalk myself. I am still working on the buildup at the end of the driveway. I paid them the full price to avoid any issues, but they can never work for me again.

Hello dawn we wouldt ever leave a pile of snow in the front of the driveway the county was spraying snow and ate the ones that leave piles in front of driveways we don’t even have a plow on our cars so this is incorrect
