- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up dancing on a competitive team, and we always had the fun of playing with makeup in creative ways. When my boyfriend and I moved to the Maryland area, I decided to take it further and start my own freelance business. My passion for all things beauty is evident with every client I work with. I pride myself in being able to say every client has walked away looking and feeling beautiful! That's why I do what I do.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I provide on-location makeup (and hair) services to all clients. I have the ability to not only make you look beautiful, but feel beautiful. I do bridal, Mitzvah, proms, fashion, print, and more.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure that you know what you want and what you are getting yourself into. Don't settle! There are always options, and you never settle for a makeup artist or hair stylist that you don't feel 100% comfortable and confident with. I have had clients who have told me that they looked at other people who friends had highly recommended, but they just didn't "click." You didn't settle for your Groom, don't settle for your makeup artist!
