I am a fully Licensed, Board Certified Master Inspector and Instructor as well as a Lifetime member of InterNACHI the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I am also 1 of the very few certified court experts in mold, moisture intrusion and can do expert testimony, depositions, affidavits etc. I have over 30+ years in the business. I am also a Certified Infrared Thermographer and use this rare skill to assist in our Inspections. We specialize in air quality, (Mold, Radon Gas etc. Allergens and all other air quality concerns and issues). I am also an actual Certified Radon Gas and Air Quality Specialist and not just some "tester guy", trust me their is a Big Difference. Helping to make other peoples lives a little better and safer. Teaching my clients what we are doing in great detail and explain our inspections so they are educated to the process at hand.
