I am a fully Licensed, Board Certified Master Inspector and Instructor as well as a Lifetime member of InterNACHI the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I am also 1 of the very few certified court experts in mold, moisture intrusion and can do expert testimony, depositions, affidavits etc. I have over 30+ years in the business. I am also a Certified Infrared Thermographer and use this rare skill to assist in our Inspections. We specialize in air quality, (Mold, Radon Gas etc. Allergens and all other air quality concerns and issues). I am also an actual Certified Radon Gas and Air Quality Specialist and not just some "tester guy", trust me their is a Big Difference. Helping to make other peoples lives a little better and safer. Teaching my clients what we are doing in great detail and explain our inspections so they are educated to the process at hand. We take COVID-19 very serious and wear Masks and Gloves as well as keep social distancing on every job we perform.

Knowledgeable, he could communicate the situation and testing being done as is but not limited to the process being done on site, the equipment he was using, and above all his certification's. He and his team working showed sensitivity, respect verbally when I would ask question's regarding the matter in my home. They were not annoyed and or exhausted with all of my questions of mold... This company can you tell has devotion to the JOB at hand, and the family they are giving their time and labor to.

I believe that "All Inspectors get paid what they are worth". A cheap inspector..... well you can figure out the rest.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether a client is either new or a repeat we treat all our clients with the respect they deserve. This includes explaining, (in detail) everything we propose to do and why, and of course we offer all clients 24/7 support which includes Teleconferencing, phone or any other method they prefer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hi, I am Jim owner of Maryland Home Inspection Services. I am a Board Certified Master Inspector, (CMI) and Instructor. I am also certified as an expert in water intrusion and mold in the Maryland & Washington D.C. court system.
