Here’s what you should know about our pricing: 💲 Transparent, Upfront Estimates We provide clear, written estimates before your move. Whether you’re moving locally or long-distance, we break down labor, transportation, and any additional services. ⏱️ Hourly vs. Flat-Rate Options Local moves are typically billed hourly (with a minimum time requirement). Long-distance moves are usually quoted at a flat rate based on distance, inventory, and total volume. 🚫 No Hidden Fees We don’t believe in surprise charges. However, certain situations may affect pricing, such as: Long carry distances (e.g., far from truck parking to your door) Stairs or elevator access Specialty or oversized items (pianos, safes, large gym equipment) 📦 Packing & Supplies Packing services and materials (boxes, tape, protective wrap) are available for an additional cost. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact & Quick Details It starts with a call or message. We’ll ask a few key questions — where you’re moving from and to, your preferred date, home size (for example, 2-bedroom apartment vs. 4-bedroom house), and whether you need packing services. This usually takes about 5–10 minutes. 2. Estimate & Plan Based on your details, we provide a clear, upfront estimate. For larger moves, we may schedule a quick in-home or virtual walkthrough to make sure nothing gets missed. Our goal is simple: no surprises on moving day. 3. Booking & Confirmation Once you’re ready, we lock in your date and send confirmation with all the details — timeline, crew size (typically 2–4 movers depending on the job), truck size, and any special instructions.
