We keep pricing transparent and fair. Estimates always include labor and material with no hidden fees. We also provide warranty options and payment plans for bigger projects to help customers stay within their budget. First-time customers can ask about available promotions or discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free inspection and estimate. We take pictures of any issues and explain the repairs or replacement needed. Once approved, we schedule the project as quickly as possible and keep customers updated during the entire process. When the job is finished, we perform a full cleanup and walk-through to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training in commercial and residential roofing, including torch-down, TPO/PVC membranes, asphalt shingles, fascia/gutter systems, and siding repairs. I continuously update my knowledge on roofing installation standards, manufacturer guidelines, and safety procedures to provide top-quality results.
