- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is customized based on the square footage, service frequency, and specific scope of work required (such as regular maintenance or a deep cleaning). An initial detailed cleaning is usually a higher rate to establish a spotless baseline, and we provide transparent estimates following a brief consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in building a strong, reliable relationship from day one. Our process starts with an initial discussion to understand your needs and schedule, followed by an in-person walkthrough of your space to provide an accurate estimate, finalize the customized cleaning plan, and set your official start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am graduating this fall with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, following my A.A. in Business from Montgomery College. Professionally, I bring specialized training in healthcare EVS compliance, safety regulations, quality assurance, vendor management, and contract administration
