Requested a structural consultation regarding wall removals. Provided great insight and recommendations. We hadn’t even considered that the floor (basement ceiling) would need reinforcement for an island. We did not follow through with any drawings, because the scope would have been beyond what we were considering. Overall would definitely recommend for engineering services if you want your job done right.

I recieved a few large qoutes to get some foundation work in my Crawl space done. My brother recommended I hire a structural engineer before getting the work. I hired Triple J Consulting to do the inspection. His inspection just saved me 20K + that I was getting quoted by other companies. I recommend everyone invest on getting a structure inspection before completing any Foundation work..

We needed to submit an inspection report for replacement winder stairs in our rowhome in a very short time frame. Azzam reached out promptly, scheduled the inspection where he arrived on time and did a quick but thorough assessment. There were some minor fixes needed before signing off so he helped take a few photos and explain to my carpenter what’s needed. Once I sent confirmation that it was completed, he got the report back to me in 48 hours as promised. We have other projects upcoming and I hope to work with him on those as well. Highly recommend.
