The appliance technician was efficient at diagnosing the fix to my dryer. He provided photos of the part that needed to be replaced. He gave us options on when he could come back to replace the broken part and a quote. We paid half and scheduled for him to come back a couple days later. He showed up earlier and got the dryer working again in no time. Would definitely recommend!!

He is very quick to respond I put in a request for my dryer not heating up and less than two minutes he has sent me a message and I was even able to schedule for Repair the next day!! Once he arrived at my home, he was very professional even had booties to put over his shoes to not walk through my home with his shoes. diagnostics was extremely quick at first he did not have the part on him. So we decided to order it and schedule repair for 2 days late. He left and went to look thoroughly in his vehicle and found the parts he gave me a call and was able to come right back in order to complete the job within 20 minute time and he also gave me recommendations in order to keep both my washer and dryer in good standing. I would totally recommend this company

I was very pleased. Mr. Nimitz responded to my request immediately and arrived when he said he would. My dishwasher was locked and I didn't know I did that. He tested controls and then did things like clean it which I really appreciated.. He was Perfect. I will continue to call him when I need help with appliances.
