Brothers responded quickly, was easy to schedule, arrived on time, diagnosed the issue correctly, and got everything repaired quickly once the parts came in. The repair was more expensive than I’d hoped, and I would have appreciated a more balanced discussion of repair versus replacement costs, but the work itself was professional and the repair was completed quickly and he made sure to walk me through what he was doing and what I could expect afterward. Even gave me tips on cleaning and how to keep it running
