I was very pleased. Mr. Nimitz responded to my request immediately and arrived when he said he would. My dishwasher was locked and I didn't know I did that. He tested controls and then did things like clean it which I really appreciated.. He was Perfect. I will continue to call him when I need help with appliances.

I contacted Brothers Group Appliance Repair on a Saturday. Shoaib texted me almost immediately and was available to come out on Sunday (the following day). He explained what was wrong, fixed the problem, and told me how to alleviate the problem in the future. He was professional, punctual, and very pleasant.

Brothers quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the repair and quoted a fair price. They had to order the parts and come back but accurately estimated when they would come back and made the repair with no issues. Absolutely will call Brothers again if I have any appliance issues.

They were absolutely amazing!! Best repair people ever! They even came back at 7pm to finish the job when a part arrived late. Simply could not have asked for better more prompt and careful service!!!!! Would have given 10 stars if possible.
