I hired Brother Group to find an repair an apparent leak from my LG washer. They came prepared with floor protection and were careful and thorough in their work which also required unstacking the washer and removing the washer panels for access to the interior. They explained what they were doing and alerted me to potential problems in the future based on their analysis.

Shoaib did a fantastic job with my washer. He explained very well of the problem and told me he could fix it. I was contemplating of just getting a new washer but he insisted that the machine will perform like new after service. He ordered the drain valve and came the next day and fixed it. He knows what he is doing for sure and definitely recommend him for any of your appliance repairs. Great work and a happy customer. I saved a lot of money and the machine is working as new with no issues at all.

He seemed very valuable and came equipped to repair the drain pump in the washing machine. Problem is there was another part broken. The cost to fix it would near exceed the cost of a new machine. I appreciated that he was knowledgeable and honest to tell me that up front instead of after fixing the first piece. I got the impression he would guarantee his work and that he could be taken at his word.

Shoaib diagnosed the problem with my dryer quickly. He was able to get a part within a day and volunteered to come out in the evening to make the repair. He was thorough and diligent throughout the process, and I will definitely use him again for appliance repair!

Our dishwasher was cutting off at the beginning of the cycle and making very, very loud noises. The rep answered me right away and came out the next day on time. Within a week the dishwasher was repaired and the machine ran quietly again. I would recommend Brother Group to a friend.
