My basement flooded earlier this summer while I was out of town and being a single lady I didn't know where to start with the repairs. I called a couple of companies which quoted me astronomical numbers, then I found Servicepros. Not only did they beat all the competitors pricing, they completely finished the job ahead of schedule. I felt very safe with them being in my home and the customer service was superb. I highly recommend this company for all repairs and renovations!

Could not provide me with a written estimate. I asked for a written estimate breaking down all the repairs and costs for paying out of pocket to replace damaged floors and they said they could not provide it .

Details: Kitchen • Leaking pipe • Assess moisture damage • As recommended by professional

Servicepros Cleaning and Restoration's reply
This homeowner had us at her home via another app a few weeks ago . We provided a verbal estimate to make sure that she was ok with our price prior to us writing it . She stated at that time that the water damage just happened when it was clearly old . She then reached out to via Thumbtack not knowing it was us again and she stated on the phone that the water damage just happened when it clearly did not . We told her we have been to her home before and that we would not come back . She then gave us a fabricated review . We plan on taking legal action for defamation. We have been in business for 23 years and take our business reputation seriously .

For some reason the gentlemen told me they were not interested in helping me, he was very short with me on the phone and asking about home warranties and insurance. I said I just needed them to come out for a quote because I don’t want to discuss my insurance right now. He said he was not interested and hung up. Am I missing something?

Details: Basement • Leaking pipe • Restore area • As recommended by professional

Very responsive but very expensive. If you have the opportunity shop around and get different quotes for jobs.

Details: Bathrooms • Flooding • Clean and deodorize • Dry and dehumidify • Assess moisture damage • Extract water • As recommended by professional
