- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are right for both parties. Our quality of work is high, but our prices are fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an over the phone consultation, then meet with potential client to be sure both parties acknowledge a comfortable and right fit. At this point, a discussion is established to acknowledge client's needs and vision for event. Afterwards, an estimate is sent. Once approved a service agreement is sent for both parties signature and a retainer fee is made to lock in date and initiate job.

Certified event planner, and project manner with annual training. Accredited Event Designer with IWED. 24+ years of planning and logistics experience and training
