- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable however when placing an order, you have to factor in what's actually in the baskets or how the wreaths are made, there handmade customized for each customer. There may be alcohol added, personalization, and items that have to be shipped. Also, there is never a basket that is duplicated unless it's a pre-made basket or wreath. Also remember customized items are made with you in mind, it has everything that you like geared to please you. I also do sales specially on holidays and discounts depends on orders (how many items were purchase, if it was in bulk.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new customers would be to .... 1.Listen to what the customer wants 2.Apolojize if something may go wrong and try to accommodate them 3.Have a slight conversation with the customer to get to know them 4.Be up front and honest with them 5.Being able to be available and be good with returning messages 6.Get feedback from customers 7. Being able to be open and honest with customers 8.Acknowdge your limits what you can and can't do
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education/training that I have far as what I do has pretty much been self-taught, I used to see my mom make fruit/thank you baskets for people and I would watch her. So, I pretty much followed her lead and put my unique twist on it lol. It's all just like everything else trial and error, I've also looked at Pinterest and u-tube for some ideas too. But the uniqueness of what I do pretty much comes from my ability to being creative
