Ancestress Therapeutics starts with the source of the problem and helps you discover a more authentic version of yourself. During each session, you are given a blueprint and tools you can use to build yourself up when faced with challenges. The result is that you become a participant in your healing process and you equipped to recognize and tackle challenges you face outside of therapy.
