Paul did an amazing job in repairing my computer. He was always prompt, took great care in making sure he kept my information safe, and stuck with me through some difficult times! A job well done. I would highly recommend him.

I'm in my 90's. I know a little about the computer, like solitaire and emails and can write some things I need to remember, but it always scared me to use it because I was afraid something would go wrong. And it did---too often. Then I got in touch with CompuCell. Life is improving. Paul came a couple of times to get me out of a jam. He didn't just correct the problem but helped me learn how such things happen. And sometime I just call and he can straighten things out on the phone. I've had a flip-open cell phone for over 10 years. Carried it for emergencies, never turned it on. Paul talked about cell phones and came up with one I could use for a while to try. I always envied people with modern cell phones but never thought I could use one. I'm learning! And fearfully enjoying it. Paul spent about 45 minutes with me to start. He's a good teacher and I'm a scared student. I can send text messages, use the phone, the camera, and a few apps I'm getting familiar with. I will need another one or two lessons to move on. But it's great so far.

I have worked with computers for 35 years when I came up with a software problem I couldn't solve. Working with Paul McAllister, of CompuCell,He solved the problem. Paul is a very knowledgeable computer person and above all is persistent. I would highly recommend him for any computer problem that comes up.

Computer was locking up, with and without "blue screen". The technician was very knowledgeable and
helpful. After diagnosing and fixing the problem,
he took time to answer our questions and offered suggestions to keep problems from coming back.

Purchased a new computer and they installed all necessary programs and transferred all my old files to the new computer, fast and easy no hiccups in the process! Would highly recommend!! Very friendly and knowledgeable!
