- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base line where I start from. My Pricing depends the size of the parties, service, location, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to he or she and define what it is I can offer. Then, if they are interested, I follow through with scheduling a trial run. From there we discuss all the details and if the client chooses me, then I have them fill out a contractual agreement and collect a security deposit which reserves their date and is applied toward the overall cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
