If you don't read anything else, just know he's one of the most trustworthy and incredible professionals you'll ever work with. I'm so impressed that I'm hiring him for more work immediately in other areas of our home. We have a 2-story stone veneer pillar in the front of our brick home that was never built correctly 10 years (long before we bought the home). Years of poor water drainage led to a leak behind the wall that rotted away the wood, built up layers of mold, and destroyed everything. A leak into the inside of the home exposed the problem and we were devastated when we realized how bad it was. I reached out to Santibanez and the next day they were out here taking a look and giving me a reasonable estimate. Once they started removing the stone, they realized the extent of the damage ... rotted and blackened floor joists, rotted studs, years of water damage, etc. Instead of leaving me hanging, these guys provided a reasonable estimate for removing all of the rotted wood, replacing and repairing everything, and restoring the exterior wall. They spent 4 days here total and completely fixed our problem from ever happening again. They even put up extra moisture barrier and added metal flashing to the side of our home where the water was running before. They communicated often, explained what they were doing as they progressed, and did such a thorough and caring job. I've worked with dozens of contractors over the last 4 years since we've lived here, and these guys restored my faith in humanity. They saved my family from health issues and fixed a problem that others would have covered up or walked away from. I would trust these guys with any job!
