Introduction: Unlike other fitness trainers I truly don’t want to waste your time or money. I’m here to teach you and give you results, not keep dragging you week after week which is what most trainers usually do. I have my own personal gym we can use if you’re not comfortable going into a community gym, if you don’t have a gym membership or if you’d just like to stay away from as many person as possible due to COVID19. I take pride in seeing my clients get stronger and healthier. We will enjoy every step on your journey together!

Leslie is very passionate about what she does, she pushes you and doesn’t give up on you. She will motivate you and definitely work with you to get you right. Her workouts are challenging but anyone can do them if they really work for it!

She’s amazing ! Super informative on every exercise we do, so I know what I’m working out and how about to do it correctly. Pushes me to go past my limit and I love that ! I was just going to do one session to get back into the gym but I’m going on my fourth now lol

She was very clear with what to do as well as showed me. Answered all my question during session and non sessions. Responds quickly and fit my busy schedule. Made me feel like i could do it even when i doubted myself. Had the best experience ever. Would recommend her to anyone rather you are a beginner or expert .
