- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is straightforward and discussed upfront before any work begins. Most projects are billed hourly or as a flat-rate project, depending on the scope. I also offer ongoing support plans for businesses that want proactive monitoring and maintenance. Discounts are available for nonprofits, veterans, and bundled service packages. There are no hidden fees, you’ll always know the cost before work starts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick consultation to understand the problem or project. Assessment (remote or on-site depending on the situation). Clear recommendations and quote. Once approved, installation or repair begins promptly. After the work is complete, I provide documentation and ongoing support if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold: • Master’s Degree – Cybersecurity Technology • Bachelor’s Degree – Cybersecurity (Magna Cum Laude) I also have 20+ years of experience in IT, networking, and cybersecurity, including work supporting federal agencies and private businesses. This combination of education and real-world experience allows me to design secure, reliable networks that work the first time.
