This company and everyone who works for them are a fantastic group.From their customer services, maintenance, and emergency service. Top notch service.Our sump pump was having issues yesterday evening around 8 PM. We called and their CS put us in touch with a tech, Austin F. I spoke to him on the phone and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. He said the pump would be fine until the morning but he would come out that night if I wanted. I wanted him out yesterday evening. Austin gave me the estimated time he would arrive and was there exactly when he said he would. He even texted me on the way confirming.Replaced the pump within less then an hour. Explained the new system to me and cleaned everything up. Austin was extremely nice and courteous.Value Dry Waterproofing is a superb company to deal with and their warranty beats no ones. I highly recommend this company for your waterproofing needs."See more
