Patient and motivating coach. She helped create a love for the game for my early teen daughter who had zero confidence in her ability to play the sport. After just a few sessions she gained quite a bit of skill and set a goal to join the BB team.
Sessions are held at outdoor court in quiet surroundings. Trainer has well planned out plan for the hour session.
Highly recommended.

Hidden Talents continue to exceed expectations on all levels. I have seen growth and positive development from my daughter in her over shooting, ball handling, court vision and over all court vision. The confidence my daughter has now on the court is through the roof. She relishes the days for practice. Just had my first session with Hidden Talents LLC with company owner Lav. Can’t say enough about my experience. I plan on signing up for basket ball training long term and referring as many friends and family as possible. It was great being trained by a former division 1 collegiate athlete. She was firm but patient and had no problem working around my recent injuries. I very much look forward to my future lessons !

Best workout I've had in a while...she pushed and motivated me to do things Ive never done during a training -workout session...I cant wait till my next session and to see what she has planned for me..I'll have my six pack abs by next summer for sure...

Had my first session tonight w Coach Lav... She did her homework and was immediately prepared to start my training on my opportunity areas.
