Ruben did an excellent job with the electrical work at my place. He was professional and provided good quality work. He is an excellent communicator and while I was out of town he constantly kept me updated and he provided pictures of the whole process. Highly recommend and I will use him for future work.

We had a leak in a bathroom sink and decided to remove the old 70's bathroom toilet and vanity. Ruben was very responsive and reasonably priced. The job turned into 3 toilets and 2 vanities and was a bit of work to convert the old drains and supply lines. Ruben didn't complain and it ended up being a full day of work. I highly recommend using Ruben, he's very experienced and was very professional and nice.

When the job needed to be repaired the customer service went completely out the window. He agreed to finally come back and repair the crooked installation. Then once he arrived, he appeared irritated and stated he would not complete unless I paid him an entire additional charge (for his mistake), even though he assured my assistant that he would fix it with no issue of an additional charge (before he schedule the repair). When I called him out on this, eventually he finally agreed, and left disgruntled. Mind you, he was fully aware I had to make this hour and a half drive back to this site just for this issue that he created from being stubborn - after already making this hour and a half drive initially for the job. I think it was strange he was combative with me, but not my assistant - perhaps he assumed the male was the owner of my company (but none of this should matter).
