My HVAC going out - was misdiagnosed by High Quality - costing me $565 without fixing the problem. They replaced the capacitor and filled freon when there was no freon leak- (tested by GAC) and the problem was in the electrical panel the whole time. GAC found that the breaker went bad, burned out after 20 years of use. I feel scammed paying $565 and getting nothing for it. They are not knowledgeable enough to diagnose HVAC issues. Very nice people, but definitely cost me big.
