I called and left a message and he never returned my call. I went online and found places in the area and got right in.

I had scheduled a training, and because another training he had booked went over, he was a no-show for me--what was more frustrating was that I had to call him to confirm and find this out. I rescheduled, emailed to confirm, and he was a no-show again. When I reached out, he told me he was in class--despite my reminding him via email and our text conversation indicating we had a concrete plan in place. He is unreliable. I can't say anything about the training he offers as I wasn't able to get that far.

She told me to come between 10am and 2pm. I got there just before 2pm, she said it was too late and I called several times before I got there. She was booked for afternoon session and I had to attend to morning classes first. I did apologize and even offered free training but she wouldn't listen.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Right now I'm opening a center for other instructors to get their needs met.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I just love teaching especially when it has to do with people's health care needs.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Went to teach a group at Westminister in Maryland. The participants were particularly excited. They asked questions and it really an interactive session.
