Bo responded immediately and video chat with me to assess the electrical issue that was causing me to lose power in my kitchen every time we used the microwave. It was because the former homeowner did not install a dedicated breaker for the microwave. He showed up ready and equipped to install the wiring needed and added the breaker necessary.
