Introduction: I am one of the most experienced and qualified gutter cleaners that you will find. I use standoffs (stabilizers) on all the ladders to protect your gutters and for safety. The gutters will be cleaned out by hand. The debris transferred to yard bags. The gutters and downspouts will be flushed out. Installs & repairs need to be evaluated before I can agree to them. This gentleman was on my roof cleaning my gutters for over two hours seemed very thorough and that’s all I could ask for and charged what the estimate noted and no additional cost.

I had the best experience with Tom Nielsen's gutter cleaning service. If I could rate him more than 5 stars I would. He showed up early, got to work and completed the job in a timely manner! He not only cleaned the gutters superbly, but he also cleaned some black water stains on the exterior of gutter. He cleared off all the downspouts too. He clearly takes pride in his work. I would recommend him to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Tom.

Thank you so much with assisting me with my gutter work. My gutters needed cleaning bad because I had water pouring down over my front door like Niagara Falls. When I reached out regarding needing assistance with my gutters. I was advised of what was needed so that the work could be performed and was provided an estimate. What the greatest bonus was is that I did not have to be home so that the work could be performed. Mr. Nielsen came out as scheduled and performed the service at my home. When the work was completed Mr. Nielsen cleaned up everything that may have came out the gutters and off the house into the yard. Then he left a receipt for the work performed and how I could make the payment. I will definitely be holding on to Mr. Nielsen number and be using him for my gutter service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you enter your square footage and how many levels, Thumbtack will give you a quote. I will not charge you more than that quote unless we agree on additional work. The invoice will show multiple payment options. Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Cash and Checks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is not necessary for you to be home as long as your outside water spigot is working. I have hoses, nozzles, yard bags and everything else necessary to do the job. I will leave an invoice in your door upon completion of the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was the field supervisor for one of the DC area's largest gutter cleaning companies until it was sold in 2022. I have been to and worked on thousands of customers homes. I am very knowledgeable of the different kinds of problems involved with gutter systems.
