What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you enter your square footage and how many levels, Thumbtack will give you a quote. I will not charge you more than that quote unless we agree on additional work. The invoice will show multiple payment options. Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Cash and Checks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is not necessary for you to be home as long as your outside water spigot is working. I have hoses, nozzles, yard bags and everything else necessary to do the job. I will leave an invoice in your door upon completion of the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was the field supervisor for one of the DC area's largest gutter cleaning companies until it was sold in 2022. I have been to and worked on thousands of customers homes. I am very knowledgeable of the different kinds of problems involved with gutter systems.
