Don't hesitate a moment. Connect with Jaime today. I'd been holding off on this project until the wood was literally crumbling in my hand. Jaime gave a reasonable quote and the work is really wonderful. He upgraded 1 set of steps and was very thorough about the way he fixed the steps that were nothing more than rotten wood. He gave me advice for upkeep and care so that I won't find myself in the same situation again. He hauled away all of the wood and screws, making sure that all potential danger was gone. I even found out how much the rotten wood was contributing to the high number of mosquitoes at the base of the steps. Incredible. Even before he left, I was on the phone with a neighbor to recommend him for a similar job she wants done.
