Exterior window shutter removal and window seal. I had a great experience working with this handyman. He was very responsive to messages and took the time to make sure I fully understood the process and what the final outcome would be. He arrived on time, came well prepared, and handled everything in a professional manner. I also appreciated that he didn’t just complete the job—he provided helpful recommendations for preventative maintenance to avoid future issues. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

I really appreciated JHMZ getting back to me and giving me a good estimate and explanation of the repair. The soffit repair was excellent, and they fixed the wood around it. Very pleased, and they even found another soffit that was about to come apart and did preventative maintenance to keep it from being a potential problem on the opposite side of the house. I now see how getting this inspected will be on my list every couple of years. Thanks, JHMZ
