Pre Purchase Home Inspection
We are buying a townhouse in Baltimore and Joseph Trimble of Eagle Premier Inspections LLC did the roof inspections for the property. We were tight on time and only had 2 days to do the inspection. Joseph was able to make time for us immediatley the next day. He was prompt, did his work and emailed the inspection report by next day at noon. His report was very thorough eventho we were not able to be there in person when he did the inspection. He usually does full home inspections but gave us a fair rate for just the roof inspection. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for someone to do your home inspections!Mar 14, 2016Verified
