- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attend monthly meetings, conferences throughout the year. We are required to have a minimum of 18 CEUs each year to maintain our license.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My license and various certifications. Professional, thorough, accurate and objective visual inspection of the property with prompt, same day completed report.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I take great pride in educating myself in old and new products in a property and approach each home as if I were going to purchase it myself!
