I hired them to do a deep cleaning for my house. Really appreciate their time and effort. They did a great job. 1. They responded to my request very quick. 2. They are very flexible, as I had to reschedule the deep cleaning with them. 3. They spent almost five hours to clean the house (they brought all the cleaning supplies): floors, carpet, kitchen (including oven, pantry), bathrooms, windows. 4. The charge is very competitive. I hired them as they offered a much lower price for the same cleaning service compared to others. I will consider hiring them for house cleaning in the future.

I was using Crystal Maids for 5 yrs but they kept debiting my cc before they came out they were charging a different amount quoted & the quality was not what it used to be Happy Maids is an A+ company! They ran a little late bc Sat can be busy & it’s not easy to find my house in my complex, but when they got here they went to work They were responsive to my text msgs Gave me a quick appt & good price I will definitely be using My house smells so good! I will definitely be using them again!

We are open to all prices and budgets and regardless of your financial situation we ALWAYS provide you top notch cleaners and a quality clean!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we find out what type of clean they are looking, for. How many bedrooms and bathrooms in the home, Weather it is a standard, deep or customized cleaning. Oven or fridge included, set up a time and date that is suitable for the customer. Upon arrival our professionals provide the customers with a warm welcoming treating them with the utmost respect, carefully handling their items as our own, giving them a cleaning beyond their expectations. Than after the cleaning is done we follow up to make sure they were fully satisfied with their cleaning experiences with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have taken training in Environmental Preservation & Cleaning, leading to our Green Cleaning Certifications and Green Clean products we offer to clients who want to help keep the earth clean as we do!
