Disclaimer: this review is not based on a fulfilled cleaning service. I had scheduled the team to do a cleaning on Monday, 12/8 at 10:00 AM. A point of contact texted at 10:21 that the cleaners were looking for parking (text thread attached). When booking, I was upfront about parking options. As parking in DC is a known issue, I am surprised the team was unable to figure this out. The arrival time stated was between 10-10:30 AM. After 10:50, I canceled the service. Definitely disappointed and I am not confident jn the professionalism of this company. If booking, know there is a risk of the team not being able to manage the logistics.

I hired this company for a move-in deep clean (unfurnished on a tight schedule). When the team of 3 was done, the upper floor was wet so did not do a walk through. I tipped them and kept unpacking. After my initial walkthrough, I raised concerns about windows not being done and other missed areas. We figured it may have been a miscommunication and the POC reduced the price slightly, which I appreciated, and I proceeded with payment. However, I should not have paid. As I continued going through the home more thoroughly, I found that many areas were either missed or not cleaned at all. This included the range hood, kitchen cabinets (still greasy), vents, bathroom light fixtures not even dusted, windows, inside the stove drawer, and sections of the kitchen floor. I began cleaning it myself. 3 hours in it just added up. At that point, due to the extent of what was missed, I had to hire another cleaner to come end of week. The service did not meet the standard of a deep move-in clean. The company did offer to return, but given the inconvenience and overall condition, I chose not to proceed with a re-clean.
