The cleaning was very thorough. They had three cleaners all working separately on different areas of the house (bathrooms, kitchen, floors, etc) and they spent nearly 5 hours cleaning our place. The work was exceptional and my wife even told me she had never seen the house this clean. It is probably the cleanest it has been since I moved into it and it was brand new. I will most certainly hire them again!

O&M has the best customer service. They were extremely responsive, very pleasant over the phone and via text, and communicated well with updates. We moved out of our townhouse and were looking for cleaners as we put the house on the market. O&M did an excellent job cleaning windows, bathrooms, appliances, and cabinet interiors. They missed a few spots, but overall did quality work. When I went over to the house to check things over once they were done, I noticed that the hardwood floors still looked foggy. I mentioned this to O&M with still the intention on paying them since the rest of their service was excellent. O&M took it upon themselves to offer to come back and redo the floors at no extra cost. I would definitely consider working with them again if the need arose.

I was in desperate need of a spring cleaning, O&M did not disappoint! The husband and wife team came to my house promptly at my appointment time. They were meticulous to say the least. My house was spotless from the baseboards to the blinds. I would totally use their services again!

Marta and Anna cleaned my home this morning. I don't think it's looked this great since I purchased the home! They were on time, professional, and they did a FANTASTIC job. I've hired other services before, but Marta and Anna from O&M knocked all of the others out of the water. My home feels so free and new, I will DEFINITELY hire O&M from this point forward. If I could have given them 10 stars, I would!

O&M , did a perfect job for me , they came into a 7000 sq ft mansion
I manage and did a deep clean, 7 bathrooms 8 bed rooms and a lot of living space . Omaid and his lovely wife Martha came with there crew and in less then three days , the place was shining ,
