though the guy spent enough time on carpet, the cleaning machine leaked some black dirt water on cleaned carpet. it was not visible till the carpet was completely dry. Hi Amol, It’s unfortunate the machine leaked some black dirt from the drainer after the job was completed. We had no idea because it didn’t show until after the carpet completely dried. However, we have products for stain removal. You could have contacted us once you realized the spots, and we would have sent a specialist back out to remove them in minutes. You never brought this to our attention. It’s wouldn’t have took us 2-3 hours to remove them. Besides the dirt stains that weren’t apparent until after the cleaning, the carpet came out very well.
They cleaned almost nothing. Left a significant amount of pet hair lying around the apartment, didn't clean sink, trash cans, or showers. When I asked them to clean the sofa, they said that wasn't included. After talking to the owner, he sent a second crew to clean up the first one's mess, but told them only to do the things the first crew missed. Hi Alex, If you go back and look at our quote, you requested a STANDARD cleaning. Not a Deep Cleaning. In addition, we charged you for a standard cleaning. However, you expect ed deep cleaning duties from our cleaners like trash can cleaning, furniture cleaning, and furniture being moved to access the tremendous amount of dog hair your apartment had. You sent us photos of a tiny spot on the sink, and one piece of paper towel left in the trash can following the first initial clean, and you expected the entire apartment to be cleaned over again a week later. That’s not how things works. You indicated the entire house looked great after the first clean, and we still went out of our way to return to clean what was missed the first time after you already confirmed the job was well done before the cleaners left the property initially. You simply we’re looking to take advantage being as though you have a household with 2 or 3 dogs that shed hair abnormally, and thought you could get a free clean from a couple of spots missed like the paper towel one of our cleaners left in the bathroom trash can by mistake. That’s not right. We take pride in our work and we have 100’s if clients that recurring, and love our service. It’s unfortunate you are unsatisfied after we went out of our way to make it right, but to say don’t hire us is absurd.
The guys that came to do our cleaning were super friendly and did an excellent job. They cleaned our oven, fridge and both levels of our home and it looked and smelled so fresh when they left. Their attention to detail was fantastic, they cleaned our furniture, the glass in our curios, made our beds with hospital corners and cleaned the glass on our photos hanging on the walls, nothing was left untouched, the place looked great!
