I contacted Alex's Iron Works, LLC after a very frustrating and disappointing experience with another contractor. Alex responded right away and came out to my property in the next day or so. After taking a look at the scope of my project including what he could do to sort of correct the previous contractor's shoddy work. But more importantly, he explained what he would do in order to ensure my safety by making certain that my railings were up to code which also meant that they would be ADA compliant which is a big deal for me. He showed me how the previous contractor used inferior materials and did not prime the metal before painting everything and they are beginning to show signs of rusting after being installed less than 6 months prior. Alex worked with me within my budget and completed my project 1 week later. I am totally impressed with both the quality of his work and his professionalism. In fact, I've already recommended him to a friend. I'm sure that you'll be quite pleased as well!!! Thanks Alex! 🙂

Wow! Alex was so responsive and did an incredible job. He fixed part of our chain link fence and several poles that had been damaged when two huge trees fell on it. He not only did a great job on the agreed upon damaged part, he straightened and tightened the surrounding fence. It looked brand new afterward!
